The listed collaterals of POGO loans granted by the banks to me are the assets the bank can go after in case of loan default, The government have nothing to do with this. Except when the forfeitures by the government of the said collateralled assets of POGOs are one and the same. The banks and even the government have to have a court order for the forfeitures, tax liability arrears, etc. The facility cannot be automatically seized and given to whoever they want to.
