….got the Remus “cat-back” exhaust system for my G30 M-Sport with new “R” chrome angled tips! Agreed, the exhaust sounds fantastic! As well, recently got my 20” Vossen wheels to complement my OEM+ looks!!

Right on! I almost wished I went full cat back because it's not super noticeable when you're in the car with just the muffler haha. I'm sure it will be loud enough with a downpipe though. Those wheels will look nice! Can't wait to do wheels myself.

Great sound man!! Im actually going to retro fit this onto my 2020 G05 X5, wanted to know if it is the standard remus axle back, or the sport axle back? There seams to be 2 versions even a race version, i just want to confirm which one you got so i can get the same results. I have the Xdrive40i

Hey, nice! Sp it's just the axle back exhaust? No muffler or resonator delete? I want mine to sound like yours. Does it have the pops and crackles in all modes or just sport and sport plus? And it still retains the valve flap thingy too right? And what did you do to tune it with, a stage 1 software? Thanks

Yoo man! Yeah this is only with the muffler portion modified. Everything else stock, no tune. Retains valve function. All it does it make it a tad louder and deeper sound, I really liked it. However it wasn’t loud enough for me haha

@@skrrtproductions that's fine, I imo don't want it too loud but it needs some grunt.. maybe I should get a custom online/off-line valve on so a flick of the switch it can be super loud or keep it closed and still has some grunt to it which it needs. Stock 428i is wayyyy to quiet. Does yours pop and crackle/burble? Thanks man 😃

Bimmerlink the app, can control valve function when connected to a Bluetooth dongle. Mine does but I turned the burbles to a minimum with my tune

🙏🏼🙏🏼. No drone and cabin noise isn’t anything crazy. I’d go with the midpipe too if you really want noise. I’m going to upgrade eventually, but I’ll get a secondary cat delete for now

Why didn't you go for the catback? Btw, of course it's a bit quite because it's brand new. If you drive a few months it will get louder.

Because it’s another $1k and I wanted to spend that money on other mods at the time. I used a stimulus check for the axle back too 🤣. It got a bit louder after a few months but nothing crazy. Sounds good paired with my downpipe and will opt for a res delete soon since it’s only like $100

@@raz0rstr if the tips are the same size I don’t see an issue there! It sounds great, better than stock, but still quiet inside the cabin. Paired with a res delete will be more what you’re looking for. Check out my video on that! I did a high flow downpipe and then res delete and I love it

It shouldn’t. Depends on the dealer and how picky they are. It would only cause warranty issue to parts it could affect

@@jzallday102 I was honestly a tad bit underwhelmed. Don’t get me wrong it’s a great improvement in tone in sound. However, paired with dual resonator delete and/or downpipe it’s really nice. I like how it retains the valve function

Installing Axle back on Subaru WRX way way more easier😂😂 No need to cut any pipes. Hate German cars intentionally they make them hard to work on.
