Remus Catback vs MPPSK b58 340i 440i

Remus resonated catback with CG-1 catted DP (440i) MHD stage 2 tuned
MPPSK stock DP , older tune(deeper note) (340i) stock mppsk tune
Newer mppsk tune seems to have less burbles and not as good of an exhaust note. I had it on my 440i and it was different than this 340i with mppsk.
Remus has no drone when with highway driving in sport and comfort
Mppsk does have a bit of drone around 2k RPMS with highway driving.
Both great exhausts , I had mppsk but switched to Remus since I had the CG-1 catted downpipe it was very raspy with mppsk setup. With Remus it’s not raspy at all it’s more refined.

MPPSK all day, there’s nothing like it on the market. The ability to go from straight piped from the catback to much quieter comfortable exhaust is the peak of having your cake and eating it too. Best of both worlds.

True but honestly the Remus sounds better and 'cleaner' probably due to their midpipe design.

@@spoolindsm127 nope…the Remus midpipe is literally just a straight pipe, same as the MPPSK or a dual resonator delete. The difference between the MPPSK and Remus exhaust is muffler. The MPPSK can fully bypass the muffler, the Remus and every other aftermarket exhaust cannot.

@@lamakicker69 The Remus splits into two pipes and re-merges though. I think that's making the difference. I wonder if it can be paired with the MPPSK.

The remus has a nice sound but it's a terrible product and company. Mine was defective and they took it back but never refunded my money. Stole over a thousand bucks from me.

Sorry fam ... Remus is OK but BMW > all other exhaust ... AWE, Remus, etc
