24 years ago I was at the Summer's My "posh" best mate took me and my big sister as her +1 (slash 2) to Stings daughters pool party! Outside pool btw... however all of us had to kip on the grounds of the estate. Basically 30+ ooooh arrrr breakfast barrr Toffs all waking up on the estate grounds from our sleeping bags, seeing me appear from mine with SEA WEED green hair! (Poroxide bleached hair and chlorine don't mix well) however Gordon (sting) was wheezing at my river dirt colour hair, but gave me a tube of tomato puree... told me when I get home, soak my hair with it, wrap in a towel for a couple of hours... green will poof!!! 💯 worked! I smelt like a burger for 24 hours though 🤘

I started doing reacts (Yarba TV) and you just need to dispute the copyrights, when you post the videos....they will all clear eventually. No need to contact Rens team. I dispute all the copyrights that yt automatically adds. So far every ones cleared. When you dispute a copyright under Fair Use the owners have 30 days to reply/challenge it. If they dont reply to it its automatically cleared and safe for you to use.

While fair use is a legitimate reason to allow the use of copyright material, simply including that text as a magic incantation ;) doesn’t make any difference legally. The law applies regardless of if you mention it. Unfortunately the law and KZbin content matching mechanisms have little in common too - and YT terms of use don’t care about fair use either. They leave decisions on that to the copyright owners identified by the automatic matching - and under YT terms, the copyright owner doesn’t have to allow use under fair use - they can still decide to take the money from monetisation, or block it completely, and insist on a copyright strike. Now Ren has said his team will eventually get to clear any content matching and it should mean any money made will eventually get handed to the reactor and not get blocked or a strike - but the content matching kicked in regardless of including that legalise incantation and including it makes absolutely no difference legally nor to YT processes. It might be worth watching the Tom Scott’s video explaining the topic of copyright - but also remembering YT terms of service are intended to protect YT from legal liability and don’t follow the law as they don’t have to - it’s a private platform and they can apply their own rules.
