Ah the instruments are for this song, otherwise they take turns on playing bass, acoustic, rhythm and lead guitar. And except Glenn, they do lead vocals.

I love that you just pinpointed my obsession with Ren. There’s more than he is showing, there’s more than he’s given, and he is given his all on every track and every performance. His talent runs deep, but how deep? I can’t wait to find out. Having heard most of his catalog, and having never been disappointed and constantly impressed and challenged to think…as a fan I can’t help but listen in awe and anticipation for what is to come.

Ahh yes the Ren fan boy club! he is such a powerhouse what a joy to watch and listen to them all in the band they are so tight, but Ren is definitely the stand out, I love how he just becomes one with what instrument he is playing and get lost in the music very special to watch, I don't think I have seen the base player leading the song like he does before, Yes It's also true from what I know they have gone their separate ways recently, Ren also sings with his brother busking (another talented singer it runs in the family) its called "Ren & Sam Tompkins" Earned it / Its a mans World / Falling just the two of them on the street huge crowd around them it's great, finally there is a sort of mash up they do called "THE BIG PUSH FT SAM TOMPKINS 18/01/20" its just sublime! & as you say keep listening there are so many covers they do with class and aplome ! Now I'm just raving haha enjoy Dx Oh one last thing Ren has some serious health issues he has Lupus, so spends loyts of time in a hospital bed from what I have heard and for me just increased my respect and Awe of his talent & grit Dx

He's just a next level talent. The whole band is great, but Ren is some sort of magical unicorn. What I don't understand is why people in the crowd aren't throwing money at them from start to finish. I think Ren and Gorran switch off with bass duties, but Romain generally plays lesd guitar. There's a GREAT video of a live podcast they did during lockdown with the 3 of them all sat on a bed playing songs, it's so much fun.

Glad to hear that you plan on following up my tip to check out Romain and Gorran as well! Apparently Romain has a new one coming tomorrow (Monday) and I'm buzzing for it. Love these guys so much, and you couldn't be more right about the sheer charisma and magnetism of their performances. I really hope that at some point they return from their various travels healthy, happy and ready to reunite and break out the same way Ren is doing with his solo material.

I can not believe that I missed this one. There are 2 from The Big Push I recommend. Actually 3 because one has 2 versions. The first is their original song, Watch Out. It's another street performance. The second, Icarus. It is an official music video. Ren doesn't sing lead. But he is painted gold. Then there is the live acoustic version. All three are amazing performances.

Ren is my favourite artist of all time, I am absolutely obsessed! I spend my 12 hour night shifts watching reactors react to Ren, The Big Push and Trick The Fox. Plus the ones with Chinchilla and Sam etc. Thank you for this reaction and for pushing everyone to check more of Ren out. By the sounds of it you have done a lot of Ren so you’ve gained a sub and I’m going down your rabbit hole of Ren 😂🖤
