Fun fact there's a bunch of hidden gems from ren on a channel that is not known by most called ren unreleased. It's rens love music album he did with trick the fox but never officially released it. Most reactors won't react to it and ren doesn't express it publicly so it's well hidden. Great music on there. Gives a glimpse Hinton his talent from when he was younger

You should check out 7 Sins it is another very raw and poignant song that is very unorthodox in its structure. His lyrics are so next level even for him and his flows and cadence along with beat drive the composition forward relentlessly. The song starts off with him singing in his native Welsh and it j paints such a picture of pain, suffering and despair….this went on for about 8 years. Most of that time he didn’t really know what was wrong and was diagnosed with an assortment of broad categories of illness. Mental illness was the primary diagnosis he was labeled with. This was caused by the stress of the real insidious untreated Lyme disease. The religious themes are a prominent theme throughout the song. In true REN fashion he expands on the ideas of suffering that afflicts us all using the 7 deadly sins. We have all been guilty of them and they lead to the pain and suffering that afflicts the human condition. To put in his words “7 whole sins for a self-made Armageddon” It’s a mind blowing experience. Love your reactions NEW SUB✌🏽

With my PTSD, I need my mind to stay in the present, watching what's going on in the real world. When I disassociate, my mind goes back to the times I was scared. I lock up, because I'm trapped in my fears. I hate it when I can't concentrate on what's going on around me. I need constant stimulation and constant distractions in the here and now. If my mind drifts it goes to places and times I don't want to remember. I'm getting much better with this recently, I've self-analysed the parts that cause these problems, and can mostly live with it now. But it took me 30+ years to get there.
@jodiwest3534
@jodiwest3534 Ай бұрын
@@gerardpeterbrennan I have a similar thing. I'm ADHD inattentive, the hyperactive mind one. Really wish I had some of the physical one but no. My mind is going a thousand miles a minute in all directions. One thing that's helped slightly is thinking that my mind is a dark forest and naturally it follows the most well worn path. So I have to consciously stop if I start down a negative thought pattern and think about something positive. It's hard. I'll imagine building a perfect house or winning lotto and who I would treat and surprise. It's not very creative but I'm trying really hard to make a more positive well worn path even if it's just silly dreams. That neg path needs to grow over.

I really enjoy watching Ren reactions, but you can tell when a reactor is really feeling it, when they're just enjoying it on a surface level, and when they're just jumping on the trend. You should check out his street performance doing a mashup of I Shot the Sheriff/Road to Zion/Hip Hop. It shows his versatility. You definitely won't be disappointed. I agree you need to make it light hearted, and casual. The more we openly hear topics, we usually wouldnt. It brings an open airy forum to discuss issues that are seen as, "NO NO'S". COMMUNICATION matters. You look at someone and think scumbag but you dont know what they live everyday. But if you speak and be around them youll may find what motivates them. Why they are who they are! Communication and Connecting with each matters.

An idea I would like people to consider: EQUALITY is a spiritual fact. When going through what might be called a spiritual ego death ( willingly) , I was shown many times in personal life was not treated as an equal. But these angel spirits of goodwill,considered me an equal, and kind of invited me to embrace/ know that. It is a big relief to let go of old invalid beliefs and believe systems and make a step towards heaven on earth.
