This is the piece that ties it together. Ren is just trying to promote the conversation. He's not saying he has the answers, he's just pointing out that we can solve this if we choose to.

The thing is, this is put together really well… but this is always Rens message. That’s why fans put it back on you when you say he’s being negative. I know that it’s been recommended to you before, but since you liked this I really recommend listening to Rens thank you for 1 million subscribers. Or literally any of his recent interviews. I think you’ll understand all the stuff you thought was dark for no reason. Glad to watch your journey, I think you’ve done an excellent job of remolding and honing your moral compass. I don’t know you, but I think you might be a very different person than the one who you were. You should be proud of the work you’ve done, I’m sure it wasn’t easy. ❤

This video was the ending to a week long series of puzzles Ren and his team created for his community. It was played after the eventual winner found the treasure and had to make a dramatic decision about what to do with it (I won’t spoil it!). Each puzzle along the way had to be solved as a collective and even though most of us couldn’t help with most of them I think we all did feel part of a community (in my case greatly helped by Rika_shea who explained how each one was solved!) But I think it also stands alone - thoughtful, inspiring and hopeful.

KSO that was a hell of a reaction to this commentary by Ren! This piece is another reason why Renegades are wowed by Ren! His ability to express and expand upon ideas and articulate them in an intelligent way is to be commended! Thank you for always being real with us about who you are and how you got there, very much like Ren does with his artistic work! You two have more in common than you realize 🎉😊🎉

@@brownsey1 You could be correct. I was just basing it off what Ren stated - he said there are pros to capitalism, such as competition. Competition is good, but I think there’s a difference between competition where everyone has equal chance and greed where only a select few win. So yes, there will always be winners and losers, but the playing field isn’t level. He has stated several times that he’s not against capitalism as a model. Corruption & greed changes that model.

He made a video when he hit a million subs that is just as powerful in a different way. I think he spent so much time thinking he was going to die he understands suffering in a big picture way most of us don't see. If you are getting copywrite claims, contact Ren's people (I think Conner) and he'll get that cleared up.

Wow!! The relationship between you and Ren is like a pre-determined collaboration to help all humanity. I don’t care what you did in your past. I believe that you and Ren together reach all people of all backgrounds. The fact that Ren subscribed to your channnel has cemented my thought that there was a divine pre/determined intervention between the two of you. From the start of your Ren reactions I always looked to you for a legitimate reaction to REN’s artistic creations. You were the one hip-hop reality check to Ren being just another typical white guy trying to break into an artistic culture of a deeply held musical genre. You gave Ren a chance amid what I’m sure was a parade of resentment from your homies. Ren surely transcends genres, ethnic insecurities, and racial stupidities. His health struggles combined with his intrinsic artistic intelligence, have created a super intelligent being that now possesses the ability to impart that knowledge to all those who will listen to his message. It’s a bit scary, a bit cultish, but non-the less is a real thing. I don’t know where this will go but think and I feel like you KSO are a pre determined part of this !! Like it or not you and Ren are linked together.

Amazing reaction dude!! Opening up like you have in this reaction and how you appreciated and agreed with the notion of what Ren is saying is something we all need to do if our self made hell is not going to get worse. UK is similar to USA in that people are not religious like you said. What I think Ren has done with this literature/poetry is to bring a religious/biblical story to an audience in a way that modern people can listen to, understand, and maybe in a way that they don't feel like they are being preached to (like we used to have in church etc). We all know how shit things are now, and like you do I try and give some food or help someone living on the streets where I can, that's a first step I think. I also will not waste money on black Friday for shit I really didn't need anyway (as all that does is make that rich 1% richer and more greedy). Is time to get back to basics of looking after each other and try to stop ourselves falling off that cliff.

I have health problems very similar to what Ren's been through and I went through periods of psychosis in which I was shown different ways of looking at things. At some point in my psychosis I was shown or realized that if Adam & Eve hadn't ate from the tree of knowledge, we wouldn't exist. It was because they did that they became mortal and were able to bare children. I remember having the thought that the snake tempting her wasn't evil... he was just curious to see what humans looked like in miniature form (babies). 😂. It opened my mind to all sorts of things and ways to interpret the Bible and many other things in life. I should write a book or something. Makes me wonder if this came from Ren's "psychosis" too. I have some theories on psychosis that I'm still looking into.. whether it's our subconscious trying to make sense of things or if we tapped into something else. I need to talk to more people who have went through it. 🤔 ✌️&❤️

If god is a perfect being, then he could not possibly make anything that has imperfection. With that, we are imperfect. Which makes god imperfect. It's that simple.
@kellyt5341
@kellyt5341 Жыл бұрын
Eve was tempted by Satan and she listened and she talked Adam into eating the apple as well. God gave his creations free will to choose, they chose and had to suffer the consequences. God is perfect, his free will creations were not. If they were, neither would of been tempted by Satan in the first place. Satan was the top angel so he was very good at his job and very persuasive. Today he is the prince of darkness, deceptions and lies, it is easy to see his influence in our world.
@Booch5
@Booch5 Жыл бұрын
@@kellyt5341 again perfection cannot create imperfection otherwise it ceases to be perfect. Pretty simple when you think about it. God cannot be perfect. If he's all knowing, he knew what would happen. The fact that we're supposedly born with original sin shows that he holds grudges. He's far from perfect. He's actually killed more people than satan. Murderous and filled with a grudge that will not go away shows the imperfection. That's two sins that he willingly does. Not a perfect being at all. Rules for thee and not for me. Aren't we supposed to be more like god in our day to day lives? If I murder and hold grudges against people I guess I'm more like god than you. These are truths that cannot be denied. Let's see the mental gymnastics you come up with to defend a vengeful and murderous god.

@@kellyt5341 also Adam was a real one. He showed his faithfulness to Eve by backing her move. Why would he question what his life partner was giving him. This is all a situation created by the all knowing god. He knew exactly what would happen and still had the nerve to be angered.

for your two question about the tree: 1)why? its a mystery, but most theologist think about that: who is the happiest? the angel with no free will or the human who struggled and finally won his own battles and deserved to ascend? so it would be to give a chance to an entity (us) to share his love and happiness. you can't be happier without free will and with that tentation and danger. As you can see the two question have the same answer (we believe) and we had the choice between a boring but always peacefull life and a burden with high risks high rewards. Thanks for being respectfull !!

The polar opposite to 'Losing It' 😀 I'm intrigued. You're an intelligent guy who has come through some things he'd rather not have done, but there's survival as well. You chose what options were open to you at the time and have paid for it. No blame. You've done what is the most difficult things for us regular folk to do - Learn & adapt. Big credit for that. I too think this is one of Ren's more powerful pieces. What put you in the position where you had to make those choices to survive ? Were you a bad person or just doing what you had to do ? Ren has laid it out on a plate here. We all have the ability to choose. What we do and how we live our life is a choice. I think you have chosen a better path than the one you were on before and I really believe you were right to do so. Not, as Ren says, through fear of punishment, but because it is the right thing to do. That's called enlightenment. The most important thing is that we can choose to be bad or we can choose to be good. Does what I do help another person or harm them ? Too much of our history has been dedicated to finding ways to harm others for our own gain. It's time we evolved. I've never met you and probably never will, but the Internet has at least opened our eyes to the fact that we'll all the bloody same, regardless of hair colour, eye colour, skin colour, language, country of birth or religion. Perhaps the seeds of starting to realise this are now being sown. Not so much 'Revolution Now' as 'Evolution Now'. Nice reaction. Hope you get the success and stability you deserve. We, as humans, might finally be starting to think beyond the end of our noses at mutual gain rather than just personal. It'll take some time as the roots of the 'power people' are deep and they're going to fight as long as they can to hold on to that power. We can now begin to see that the King has no clothes on and, slowly but surely, we can start the change. It won't happen in my generation, or yours, but unless we prefer extinction to hugging our brothers, it will happen eventually. All the best, my friend.

Your words do hold some weight! I could tell that from the first few videos I watched of yours. I don’t look at anyone for my moral compass and I’m not religious at all, so no higher being is my moral compass. I just go by my instincts and understand that I can discern right from wrong. I’ve done wrong way too many times in my life, but finally came to a point where given the choice I’ll try or think I’m making the right decision. I still don’t always get it right, but I do try these days. I think about everyone else in my life, not just me. I love that you’re brutally honest about your past and your life now. More than anything, this is why your words hold weight. I don’t always agree with everything you say, but I like to hear other opinions, especially from people who come from a different place than me because it gives me a different perspective that I otherwise wouldn’t have. Whether or not you can or can't vote for this or that reason, and whether you would ever support any of the candidates or not. Your opinion matters. You don't have to share it here (or anywhere), but your opinion matters. I think it's Jordan Peterson that speaks on it being better to let the monster out of the cage and learn to tame it rather than never learn to control the monster at all. Sounds like you're sussing it all out and I love how open you are becoming 😊 Ren is an independent artist so maybe he takes some of the money to fund everything? I have no idea though! Love from U.K ✌️

Right across the board and still flawed. As this is what it is to be human. We're all here at different places along our journey, trying to compute the infinite into our perspective. It's beyond us but within us. But we are all here now processing the moment. It's both fun and interesting to be involved in this conversation with people right now.

By the way. The answer is simple yet complex at the same time! We stop playing “the game.” You start by not voting!! Will shit hit the fan? Yes! Will chaos reign supreme? Yup.Will we adapt? Yes! But for fucksake we just need to come together!

@@jonm7888 so obviously this is just opinion, I don’t think anyone could say with certainty that it would go one way. However I see it as a message. The first shot across the bow. We are tired of the games, the lies, and the corruption We are suppose to be in control. Not voting is our sign that we the people don’t not have faith in the system. Will it work, I don’t know. I do know though, the shit we got now, isn’t working either. It’s also the one thing they can’t arrest us for 😉

“God” is an idea humans invented to cope with life and death. He’s humanizing the idea of god. Religion is what we look to for the answers to questions science can’t answer. Yet.

What is the value of their devotion if they don’t choose, of their own free will, to do as god told them. I think that is why he put the tree there.

I have to say I totally disagree on what you said about society needing people like the top one percent. What kind of honest work justifies for anyone to have money in numbers that only exists on paper? It’s not possible to earn a billion Dollars. This only happens because once you have reached a certain threshold, it’s impossible to ever lose money again. Even if you never work again, it will only become more and more, because it’s the money itself that is “working” for you. That’s absurd! Especially when on the other end there are people who are working three jobs every day, but who can’t even afford health care, housing or education for their children. These are the consequences of predatory capitalism. I am not advocating for Socialism, Marxism or Communism, and I don’t need to: if the CEO-to-worker compensation ratio for the 350 largest publicly owned companies in the United States went from 20,4 in 1965 to almost 400 in 2021, you know that there is something going wrong, and the US were never a socialist country.

My answer to your question is god gave us free will, and because love is a choice, so he also gave us the tree of knowledge so we can use our free will and have a choice between good and evil

That 4:00 point was deep and it pointed at one of my biggest grievances against this faith. What sets the god of Abraham apart from most other faiths is that he is all knowing, all powerful, and omnipotent. That means that every single atrocity and horror that happened through history is the explicit will of god, unlike many faiths where the deity or deities don't promise their followers protection or good fortune, but rather that honoring them would bring you a more fortunate existence....MAYBE. But the god of Abraham "knows how many hairs are on your head", so every bad thing that happens to you has been preordained into your life before even this very existence. I stopped being able to rationalize the things I witnessed with a higher power by age 14, and I have far more peace in my life now that Im not perceiving every hardship as some dumbass "test" sent to me by the dude supposed to love me more than anything ever could. Leaving religion has brought me so much more peace over the last decade and a half. Gods did not craft man in their own image. Man crafted gods in their own image. It's all thought control, for better or worse.

Ren had said before in interviews that their are many good things to capitalism but he is raising awareness if it is worth the bad and chaos it creates. . I like to you caught that. He wasn't saying this is bad and to hate it but what can we do better and that money shouldn't be a factor but realizes that it is because of the sin and temptation of greed that capitalism creates.
