Tidbits from barrington levy's "murderer", damian marleys "welcome to jamrock" and dr.dre's "the next episode" and ini kamozes "world a music (out in the streets they call it merther)" that is a sample on welcome to jamrock in there. Filmed in Los Angeles on the 8th of August. Fun fact: "Merther" is basically the term for listening to reggae while smoking weed. The "merging" of it. Just loved it very much. Oh and also: There is a version of "murderer" from barrington levy featuring none other than rakim himself. Very dope track imo.

People can say what they want, Ren brings a vibe to everything he touches. I have been enjoying his straight hip hop tracks but I can’t wait for his new album that will balance singing with the rapping more. His singing voice is so soulful.

Ren is evidence that you don't need special marketing, simple old school word of mouth has got him to where he is now. Sheer talent and skill is all that did it.
