Ren just brightens your day with this song. We all face adversity in life. How you react to it is what defines us. He found his POWER in music and expressing himself rather than destructive responses. For me I have my art which has opened up opportunities for me as I struggle with serious chronic heart issues. It is real easy to just feel sorry for yourself when life gets tough or you can adapt and move through it.

I used to sprinkle sets of 30 push-ups throughout the day ranging anywhere from 10 sets to 100 sets, and reached the 10K weekly total several times over the years. Got injured and fell off, but this has motivated me to get back to that. Start with sets of 20, and do 10 to 20 a day and then go from there. Amazing how strong you'll get. Now if I could just stop drinking beer, haha!!
