As someone who has suffered chronic pain most of my life, this is a really "heavy" track for me. I guess count yourself as lucky if you consider this is a lighter track. It hits me so deep, it's sometimes hard to listen to. This track really speaks to me and makes feel seen. I know Ren gets it, like REALLY gets it.

Ren has stated that he was on the kitchen linoleum digging at it with his fingers from the pain. This song is quite personal what he went through. He is the most authentic artist I’ve seen since Prince. He’s an original!

The begining is the day he fell into psychosis at 25 from the pain and stress if an autoimmune reaction to yet another failed treatment. This song is a powerhouse and relentless. I love it. I think Ren was giving us a view behind the curtain,meant to be an intro to the whole album.

Ren said this is the song he is most proud of, on the album. I think it is the core song of the Ren universe. Everything radiates out from it- he goes through that seven sins that make us “only human beings”, there is the Wrath of “Masochist”, the Greed of “Money Game” and “Crucify Your Culture. It’s a powerhouse of a track. It ends with a punch and leaves you exhausted.

This is one of my favourite Ren songs. Love the start with the Welsh. Being Scottish, another Celtic country and living in a dual language country like Wales and Ireland, I love seeing Gaelic represented here in Scotland too. I totally relate to this on another level as I've had M.E. for over 20 years, fibro and P.T.S.D. for 16 years after finding my mum dead in bed. I have had horrendous pain through M.E. and auto-immunity conditions. I have always had a strong faith but have struggled during painful episodes but especially after my mum died. I have questioned my faith the most in last 16 years but I can't reject it. It's my only hope for release. Ren's music is therapy.

My brother lives in western North Carolina where the devastating flooding took place. Though not personally harmed (just power outage for a couple days), the weight of it surrounding him, and the efforts of providing aid and delivering supplies into the mountains… emotionally and physically exhausting. I Definitely recommend Murderer!! Both versions of Murderer (the official and the acoustic) are Fire! This is a crazy story Ren made up. The filming starts on the roof of Ren's apartment transformed into a workout scene. Everyone you will see in the official video is a good friend of Ren's, and Ren knows a lot of very good actors as well as talented musicians!! The Murderer video is just a fun, fantasy story. The acoustic version is absolutely Dynamite. It's my fave!

This song came off the back of 'The Money Game' .. a game that he played with the world every day leading up to the release of SickBoi album. The Money Game was based on the seven sins. The last part of this song was actually part of the riddles and clues from that. Every game had a theme that had players hacking codes, solving riddles and looking for clues all over the internet. The last game was Greed. The players had to find a buried treasure somewhere on earth. It got tense! There are videos from the games. Also... "Eden" was played as the games came to an end. Seven Sins is one of my favourite Ren songs. A brilliant and *fo-Ren-sic* dissection of pain to give us a small window into the hell he has been through. Not only that, but he is also breaking down the seven sins and how they can turn our species into a “sickness” of the world - especially greed. All to a fire beat 🔥 The song is also just the perfect opening track for the Sick Boi album. When you get deep enough into the rabbit hole to have listened to the full album, you will notice how it’s like a Reniverse tapestry of interconnected lyrics and references with this song hinting at what’s to come. I gotta say though… as Ren keeps growing and more people get to know him, the line “prophets get dropped imagining heaven” is sounding more and more foreboding. He is out there saving lives by giving us hope, inspiring positive change in the world, and asking us to look past our differences to come together as that is the only way he imagines us surviving as a species. There better not be any crazy people out there who would ever want to hurt him for attention! 🫣 We need Ren in the world ❤🐰🕳️

Waddup, Tre! No matter the reason for Ren's heavier songs affecting your mental health, it is understandable. Self care comes first and there are plenty of more upbeat and lighter options. There are other artists you can react to. ❤ I've never understood why reactors apologize for pausing. Lol. Maybe there are comments where people complain and I miss those? Either way, if someone is watching a reactor then those are the logical expectations. Part of reactions is pausing to add commentary, etc. Weird otherwise. 😊 Much love to you and all others in Spain. If you haven't already done For Joe amd Suicide, I would put them off for a bit. They're very heavy and emotional. Do things at your own pace though. Thanks for your reactions.

I'm so glad you're okay. 💛🙏 You're in my thoughts. I'd be surprised if you didn't need to focus on lighter things for awhile. Even if you were 110% healthy w/no camera discomfort, your environment is in turmoil. Every time you go outside, people must have anxious energy. After 9/11, it felt like a weight was on the city. For months, you could smell the fire still burning if the wind caught it just wrong - even if you were uptown. Even if you knew your immediate friends and family were safe, you're still going to wonder about nearly everyone you've ever known in Spain - just like everyone else is doing. It's stressful, and most people probably don't even know why they're upset - making them more agitated. Give yourself some grace. 💛 IDK about other people, but I like it when you hear something that makes you stop & think, and then share that reflection with us. I mean, that's kind of the point of watching your - or anyone's - channel. Stop when you want.
