Ren got Lyme disease and it went undiagnosed for 7 years, in that time it caused irreparable damage not only to his body but also his brain. Please watch his 8 chapters even if you don’t react it will really help you understand him and his lyrics.

This rap song is both beautiful and horrifying. Ren was in pain for years and one year in particular. He mentions he barely made it out of bed due to his condition. This song I beleive sums up that pain. I have never experienced severe ongoing pain in my life. I hope I never do. For Ren, I praise all that is that he stays healthy and never has to experience pain ever again in his life. Seven Sins is a masterpiece. Ren is a talent for our age.

This was written about his experiences while in psychosis or at least most of it was. The line “I clawed at the laminate” he actually did this, the line “god tied a noose” he actually saw this in his head. Ren’s illness had him in such a bad way he even thought he was possessed. This is one of his most brilliantly written songs in my opinion and for sure is one of my favourites.

Ren was diagnosed with Lyme disease after seven years of misdiagnosis and improper treatment. He is soon to leave Canada after months of stem cell therapy. A lot of the medical issues he experienced were caused by the damage done from untreated Lyme disease. At the time he wrote this song, the Lyme disease was really ravaging his body and causing a lot of a pain.

So come join us #Renegades #NotACult 😂 Anyway Seven Sins is one of my favourite Ren songs. A brilliant and *forensic* dissection of pain *for Ren’s sick*… The song is also just the perfect opening track for the Sick Boi album. When you get deep enough into the rabbit hole to have listened to the full album, you will notice how it’s like a Reniverse tapestry of interconnected lyrics and references with this song hinting at what’s to come. I gotta say though… as Ren keeps growing and more people get to know him, the line “prophets get dropped imagining heaven” is sounding more and more foreboding. He is out there saving lives by giving us hope, inspiring positive change in the world, and asking us to look past our differences to come together as that is the only way he imagines us surviving as a species. There better not be any crazy people out there who would ever want to shoot him for attention! 🫣 We need Ren in the world ❤🐰🕳️ P.S. There was an Instagram story where Ren was struggling with insomnia and joked that as a Welshman he couldn’t even count sheep cause that just made him horny 🤣 🐑👉👈👀

It was not all bad... He scattered some stuff in there "pain the teacher" - "Pain is a gift Boy" - "Pain makes money when the music lands, expand, Pay me my cheese, rain down parmesan" - Ren struggles with his arrogant side and his regressive side... A similar song where he covers this better but just as subtly is "Lost all Faith". However, the choices you have for next week are gonna just blow your mind.

Could easily fit in "Power", "Genesis", "Blind Eyed", "Fred again" , "Back on 74", "Troubles", "Crutch", "Humble", "Hunger", "Ocean", "Chalk Outlines", " How to be me", "Murderer" plus about 20 more that I can't remember Then after you had a couple of hours sleep on Sunday there's his band the Big Push with about another 10-15 to react to. the Welsh at the start is "Here lies the body of Ren" I didn't translate it
