I’m ill with autoimmune…different but similar to Ren. Some days rest is all that’s possible, but on better days, exercise is a must. Before Ren, I was merely existing, laying around waiting for the end. Ren has inspired and taught me to get shit done despite the illness. Those days I can exercise (still through pain) are making me stronger for the days I’m not. His amazing physique is a sign of his incredible mental resilience 🙌

Don't know all the possible things it may be used for? Going to try our best to get my daughter started. Fund raising soon. But anyway, maybe ask Dr about options, if youve not heard of it. It's called TECELRA. Been trying to reach out to Ren to see if he's heard of that and of the bartonella research being done at UNC medical school. They were given multiple millions in 2021 for research and have been making pretty good strides. Anyway, I've left the info a bit of everywhere. If anyone can use this info, please share it.

Guys. You are going to love this. You asked about the new logo. Apparently it is a Bunny. Named Johnson. And guess what?! Bunny Johnson is a Jamaican-born boxer. Yes, that’s right! I knew you would love this! Born 1947. He was Britain’s first black lightweight champion. Coming up against the odds without advantages afforded to his while competitors. Bunny apparently also studied philosophy and loved to talk and tell stories . Ren uses many boxing metaphors in his work. Bunny Johnson has got to be the inspiration behind this at-first-seemingly-silly new logo. Plus maybe it’s also a reference to REN’s fans falling down the rabbit hole…?

Kendrick inspired opening. Elysium is the best part of Heaven, Tartaros (also an acceptable spelling) is the worst part of Hell, Gaia is mother earth - the dichotomy of the journey between them. The struggle between yourself and yourself. I almost cried when he said he like the cling film table because it felt like a 45 minute hug....The beat/flow changes are his ADHD so he doesn't get bored. 🤣The Head on a Platter was filmed after he got gouged in the eye with the rusty forceps. He refused to find out who did it because he didn't want to low-key hate them for almost making him blind. There is water flowing from the Right eye (as you look at it) and it's very swollen. The Bunny is named Johnson. Think Watership Down and all of the bloodstained bunnies or the Jamaican Boxer. Ren did a breakdown on Twitch then watched Knox's breakdown. He was happy that Knox missed one of the bars. He said that he has started to write to mess with Knox to keep Knox on his toes. 🙃

When I realized that Ren's physique wasn't only because he works out regularly (many vid posts), but because he's essentially on the brink of malnutrition , I was a bit gutted. Honestly, the man looks 🎵fine🎵, and I feel like I'm not supposed to react that way - given his restricted diet + need for supplements to survive. Obviously, he wouldn't look that fit if he wasn't doing as much as possible to retain, build, and restore muscle mass. He has such strength. (double lol). 8 can't imagine the mental fortitude. Yeah, this one requires examination. Haphazardly? How about the sword of Damocles? Clearly Ren spent his bed-bound years reading, writing, practicing and philosophizing. For me, this song harkens back to "Seven Sins" in various ways, which is one of my favorite tracks ever - by any artist. (Really glad you two got a chance to react to that this week! ) Love your reactions! Great job here. ✌️💛

Same. He definitely likes to work out but I mean he basically can't eat any fats so that's why he's so lean. So even though he looks like Brad Pitt in Fight Club, I think a lot of it is down to just how horribly restricted his diet is. I'm sure he'd give up his physique in a second if it meant he could eat normally.

He's probably eats widely enough not to be malnourished. A diet too high in carbs is less nourishing than the meats he eats.

Happy Birthday Siah!! 🎂 Also...wasn't Dancehall...it was Reggaeton 🤩 He confirmed it on Twitch after the Premier. He's getting into Reggaeton now which as a latin lady is absolutely freaking awesome. Ren can only eat a select amount of veg (not the starchy kind) and a couple of types of meats. He cannot eat absolutely anything else, so no carbs, sugars or anything else. Hence his really low body fat and yes, while he was getting better, he was in the gym and bc if his strict diet his progress really shows. I’m happy I found your TDIP channel! I have a progressive neurological disease with no cure. The treatments almost removed me from the census. Ren is the only artist who expresses how I feel. Gaia=Greek Mother of life & Greek Goddess of Earth Taertaros = Deepest part of the underworld where they send the wicked Elysium = The Elysian Fields meaning, also known as Elysium, is an area within the underworld in Greek Mythology where the souls of heroes and the most virtuous people reside.
