The font you used for the thumbnail makes me think of the intro of an old sitcom. The Carian family drama with Marika as that wacky neighbor up to no good.

Touching on the Onxy lord. Isn't it interesting how prolific gravity magic is, both in number of spells and relevance to major events yet Raya Lucaria doesn't teach it as a conspectus. We know Radahn learns Gravity Magic from an Alabastor lord in Sellia, I assume he's the one we kill in Raya Lucaria that drops Gravity Well. When one takes a look at Sellia there is not a lot of Gravity Magic going on. The only "humans" using the stuff at all are those Starcallers, Radahn, and of course some of his knights. Everything else is from Space. Before I had a better grip on the lore I thought Olivinus was the conspectus of gravity, since they were about studying meteors. I realize there isn't anything great to gleam from this but it was a thought your video put in my head. That said, just spit-balling what would be your logic to this? Literally no wrong answers unless there is an item description out there that would blow the lid off this conspiracy.

thanks for the comment. that's interesting about Olivinus and the connections to meteors and space definitely is there. maybe there was some reason they stopped teaching these types of spells?

@@erebons Thank you for the reply! Keep up the good work on the videos. If I were to make something up as a reason it would probably have to do with the under serviced light/dark theme the DLC presents to us, that I guess is suppose to exist retroactively in everything we've seen. That said, Raya Lucaria only teaches "light" sorceries (luminous core in the spell). Gravity magic, along with Night magic, pull from Darkness (Black core in the spell). Alabaster/Onyx lords often emerge from dark ruptures that don't look dissimilar to the Night sorcery "Eternal Darkness" save for the purple aura of "gravity" rather than the dark blue of "night" which demonstrates a relation to me. If this were the context then that means Sellia and Raya Lucaria were likely rivals. Or maybe just two halves of a whole. Most likely stick to one or the other but I can imagine an advance few who go to Raya Lucaria to gain light, then Sellia to gain dark ending with mastery of both.(Would have been a great way to present the Twin Sage crown lol) Sorry to get so off topic in these comments.
