I started going to my endocrinologist at 28 , I was feeling tired all the time ,sleeping 11+ hours on the weekend , and low sex drive, brain fog, mood swings, my doctor said I was depressed and needed my medical marijuana license, or anti depressants, I told her Check my hormones, My testosterone was at 326, and estrogen was high, I went and started going to a endocrinologist, he tested my vitamin D, boron, vitamin c, dhea, omega 3,6,9, I take all that and k2, and pin 100mg of testosterone every 5days, got my levels checked 4 days after, I was at 859 , My suggestion is go get your levels checked and start with the vitamins a few months, then if that doesn’t work, do testosterone

Whenever I take boron (on top of my other supps including D3 K2 Mg and a few eggs and meat daily) I feel a strong boost in libido and energy, probably also assertiveness. I don't care about studies, I just listen to my body and recommend people to try it out for themselves.

Boron works like all the other Vitamin D Co factors. Together with all of them to get most out of it. Meaning d, k2, zinc, magnesium, a vitamin. Only using Boron is not a good idea, just like using just any of them is a bad idea. They all work together.

I had to give this video a thumbs down. Before these youtube influencers make a video about this or that, they must think about who this content may or may not affect. As in, people who lift weights and exercise, and the couch potatoes. I am a healthy 43yo gym goer since 20. I take a lot of supps, and over the years the supps just have only done their job. Something was lacking. I eat clean, get enough sleep, but was it just age? No! I added 9mg of boron to my daily supps and it was a game changer💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽 I felt it immediately! I felt more clarity, more straightforward with people in a good way, less worried about petty shit, people seem to enjoy talking to me more (perspective change), and I am stronger in the gym, as if when that last rep has me down I push a couple more out like a bull. Boron will always be in my supplement cabinet along with AKG and TMG, the life and youth supps. What Boron does is help OTHER minerals and vitamins do there job before breakdown. For example vitamin D3 which is really a hormone. When D3 is ingested there is an enzyme that tries to break it down fast, same thing happens with magnesium and zinc, all supps for testosterone. Boron slows or even stops these processes so the d3, magnesium and zinc you have been taking can actually be used for what is was intended for! Skin health, testosterone, hormone regulation, heart health, 100s of things.

I think I heard/read somewhere that Boron can help the ratio balance between Testosterone and Estradiol. SHBG, which many people think they want to be lower in order to allow more "Free-T" is also effective as it acts as a buffer to the Total-T and SHBG very much helps keep a good ratio of T:DHT-E2 (because of different binding affinities). So it's not a good idea to get your SHBG too low (and you also lose libido and don't feel so great if the SHBG is too low). Another problem with having the Free-T too high, this is not just subject to 5-Alpha Reductase (to convert it to DHT), unfortunately it is subject to the Aromatase enzyme and converts to E2 - often resulting in too high of Estradiol.

It does increase your testosterone by lowering your shbg. But the body is clever and shbg gets up-regulated. So you either cycle 9 to 12mg boron, 2 weeks on 2 weeks off. Heads up.. Boron is also effective against Candida, so at first you may experience purging symptoms. Cos when Candida dies, toxins are released that the liver and kidneys can have a hard time dealing with. You can get angry, irritated, mood swings, etc. Our soils are today depleted and there is very little Boron in our soils, as well as in our food. Those who raise animals in many cases receive fertilizer with extra Boron. They have found, for example, horses where their heads start to shake (similar to Parkinson's) And when they gave them Boron supplements, they stopped shaking. We have too little Boron and other minerals compared to what we had 50 years ago. I have been taking 18mg of Boron every day for two months. Also D-vit, K2, Magnesium and oh my gosh. Hold on to your hat 😅 I have never had such a high libido, not even when I was a teenager. Before I detoxed my body, I also had arthritis in the fingers and knees, hormonal disorders, PCOS, Endometriosis, etc. + D-white deficiency despite a high dose from the doctors. Today I understand that I have had Boron deficiency all my life. Since I detoxed, changed my diet, etc., I have a completely different life. A life I could only dream of before 🙏🥰

If we need 3 mg of boron daily it means its an important mineral, at least as copper, some even take 10 mg of boron without any issues , while copper may be safely taken only up to 3-4 mg/d , it seems like a very unknown mineral , needed by the body not less than copper (but still difficult to find in multi).

Boron works but it's tricky! My first first cycle was 9-12 mg a day for 2 weeks. Believe me.. i was so freaking angry and i wanted to beat every person that would talk to me. It was pretty potent! I was feeling and look much more masculine. And libido was thru the roof! That was only for my firat cycle. Because when i tried it again later never have any resaults only mild. And yes my estrogen and prolactin was sky rocket this time. I have some mild pseudogynocomastia from then and after. I try to balance my hormones almost 2 years now after that. I don't know if boron messed my hormones so much or if i have any infection that caused me liver problems and hormonal imbalances. But for now, im feeling ok not so energetic as i was on my first cycle of boron. But im somewhat normal again. My hormones are a bit better now. So, i. Conclusion boron works! Sometimes.. but also comes with risks at doses more that 3 mg a day. Be careful guys 😊

With such underpowered research, we can't expect to get any significant results. Boron would have to be unreasonably effective to show anything with so few individuals in each group. If they did crossover design, perhaps it could show something with such few individuals. I wonder if the cycling some proponents push for is needed. It's not like boron is a PED. The research in Türkiye suprised me. That country has so much boron in the soil that everyone has to be above the optimal level. What result did they expect to get there?

Exposure in a workplace doesn't mean it enters the body, especially if PPE is used. If you consider that 20mg daily is considered toxic, and they were exposed to 43, then obviously, it wasn't entering the body. Seems like a pretty flawed study, wonder why you even mentioned it? Did they actually test the blood to see how much boron was in the bloodstream?

I have been on TRT for 2 years and I have been taking 10mg of Boron a day for 6 months. I keep my Total T around 900-1000 and Free T has been higher than most at about 230 (even bloodwork done before Boron) I experienced no change physically or in bloodwork numbers, but my Total and Free T has been the same for the last 18 months. I did see SHBG go from 26 to 23, but considering my Free T was already maxed out at 230, it made no difference for me. For guys who have high SHBG and lower Free T values, maybe Boron will work for you?

Lets look at this objectively. Boron can increase T, in a healthy female Estrogen will typically follow testosterone, as female dihydrotestosterone levels are substantially lower in females than males. Secondly, Boron in HEALTHY males(males that aren't chemically castrated by diet, medications, lifestyle etc) should get a bump in T, without too much of a bump in E, due to the anti-estrogen protections of dihydrotestosterone and reduced availability of T to E conversion, due to higher levels of T to DHT conversion. Sadly, the modern male not only has substantially lower T today, but their dihydrotestosterone levels are also at castration levels as well, contributing to estrogen dominance in males eg. Feminization. We also have to consider how boron impacts D3( very important for androgens ), magnesium (very important), and also calcium, are all very important for androgen production, and boron improves all three previously mentioned in various ways. I personally feel your assessment on boron is somewhat lacking and very limited to face value data, that doesn't take all things into consideration. Sorry, I was a bit tough on you there. Lol Don't hate me 😂

My wife actually made me stop taking it because my labido she said was too high and i was a but cranky. Mind you this is on 20 mg a day and im on trt so my levels are not low by any stretch of the imagination. I used boron citrate powder that bulk supplements sale on Amazon. Be careful with this stuff.
