Tore Moren is such a good guitar player. He nearly perfects a Carl August Tidmann solo in this song....and that's saying something! There is only a couple of tiny variations in the solo. Very well covered!

"Raudt" does mean "red" in one of the two ... uh, versions of the Norwegian language. In the other one, "rødt" is the word. The latter is the most commonly used, whereas the first one is mostly used in western and northern parts of the country.

There's another phrase that he says repeatedly throughout the DVD, again either before or after the song, and I would really like to know what he's saying in Norwegian and what it translates into in English. It sounds something like "muggy tuck". If you need to hear it, he says it at the beginning of "Shipwrecked Frontier Pioneer".

Guess Vortex is a great vocalist, but sorry! nothing to do with Garm! Kristoffer Rygg is better all the way! cleaner technique, best tone, deepest vibbratto... probably both of them use similar morbid voices, but the same capabilities doesn't mean they have the same potential. Anyway like it and to my favs.
