Nice one, I am doing more or less the same with a Renault 5 Campus, as an advice after 6 months period, don't make any compromises and take your time with every single step.

Having a floor in a car is overrated. Being able to put your feet on the ground can increase acceleration and braking. 😨💞

Dashboards are my least favourite thing to work at. Absolutely hate them. I'm in the middle of a Peugeot 405 Mi16 restoration and I'm actively avoiding removing the dash.
