Renault Arkana 2025 review: Is this French small SUV a worthy alternative to the new Nissan Qashqai?

I owned a 2022 Renault Captur and experienced quite possibly, the worst after sales experience during my ownership. Servicing costs including spare parts were hideously expensive and communication with sales staff, appalling. Sold it off with barely 20k on the odometer and at a massive depreciation. Bought a HAVAL Jolion S and have never been happier.

This was on my list of possible vehicles to buy until I noticed there is no dual zone aircon in either the techno or alpine models. They lost a sale from me

Because the husband is always hot and needs a cooler temperature, and I'm always cold, we're never happy with the same temperature
