Ideally, yes, the vehicle should be level.

Should the car not be level when you fill up the gearbox? Should you not undo the fill before undoing the drain in case it is stuck?

Ideally, the vehicle should be level, but the difference in oil capacity with one end raised is very small. I've never know a filler plug seize, but I guess it's technically possible.

Sulla mia dacia logan con lo stesso motore d4f, il tappo olio motore è a impronta quadrata da 8 mm. Spero che quello del cambio sia uguale. Basta misurare con calibro

With the rear of the car on axle stands, disconnect the wheel speed sensor wiring plugs, support the trailing arms with jacks, then undo the shock absorber lower mounts. Slowly lower the trailing arms until the springs are relaxed and can be removed.

Where did you get that hose from? I cant find one with the little metal additional part on it to fill up oil

We fabricated it with a short length of metal pipe and a hose clip!
