I actually found this much more pleasing to drive than the 1.0 ecoboost fiesta, despite less power and torque on paper. the clio does not share the fiestas stupidly long gearbox ratios. its not a rocket, but you dont find yourself constantly in need tp downshift for everyday driving situations.

Definately! Ive just sorted out the finance to myself one of these xD They remap to about 120hp as well so theyre reletively tuneable

It says it does 0-100 in 12’ something on paper, I have the exact same car and it’s definetly faster than that, I beilieve it could even get into the 9 second range

J'ai une clio 0.9 estate, très bon moteur mais qui n'est pas fait pour réaliser des chronos à mon avis, ca reste un 900cc et faut voir dans le temps si vous voulez garder longtemps ce véhicule en bonne forme. ma consommation 6l/100

Jamais de problème suffit de taper dedans. Une fois par semaine sur autoroute ça décrasse, c'est un excellent moteur parfois un peu léger mais 80% des cas il suffit

Pas fiable du tout Après j'ai pris un diesel assez vieux parce que pas d'adblue et parce que je fais pas mal d'autoroute, après un 3cyl pour la ville pourquoi pas

that engine is nice when the turbo kicks in but before that it's pretty awful. Very low torque at low revs. Pretty worse in that aspect than all 1.2 NA engines i've driven (Fiesta, Corsa C, older Clio,...) It evens struggles to keep speed using 5th gear on a flat road.

En effet, les 0-100 donnés par les constructeurs sont souvent au dessus du réel.

This is actually a very reliable engine. I've seen taxis with over 400k KMs on LPG and they're still going strong. The only problem I can see with it are the plastic vacuum lines, which will eventually break in time...
