The special cars from that era, 'mid 90s to very early 2000s, are getting their huge market hit right now. The most impressive one i noticed was the E36 M3 GT: it went from around 20 000€ for a good one in 2010 to 75 000€ right now, crazy ! Kinda weird how long it takes for people to get the greatness of a car. The Clio V6 has always been that good.

@@AutoTopnl Try pushing it to it's limit or driving it in the wet and we'll talk again. Loads of grip and without any warning it goes... For me, I was scared shittless! It was the only car I could generate snap midcorner oversteer 3 times in one corner! :D Phase 2 is much, much better! More refined, they dealt with the oversteer issues (in the dry that is) and the engine is a peach compare to this lump. More HP, better revving and the red line is at 7500 rpm instead of 6000 rpm. My two cents, besides that great car!

Excellent video mate! I strong agree with you in the "no having balls" time we´re seeing today on automobile industry. That´s why those type of cars are so expensive everywhere, so here in Brasil as well.

It was actually hand built by TWR for Renault, who incidentally also handbuilt the famed Jaguar XJ220 supercar. :)

You are right ! Phase 1 was hand built in Sweden by TWR and phase 2 in France in the historic factory in Dieppe North of France. Concerning phase 1 it is possible sometimes to read the name of the people who built the car on labels adhering to the different parts. Incredible !

its only $40,000 (E40,000 actually, sorry) if somebody buys it. You can put any price tag you want, you would be crazy to spend that much on a clio v6 when you can get a decent clio sport for a 1/10 of the price....

You can drive normally ! I am 193cm tall and a very happy owner of this amazing and so attractive car ! Of course forget about the "normal" interior car, I was quite disapointed. But the happiness lies elsewhere, just behind the seat ! Great video !

Engine is Basis on Renault Laguna V6. This car = 1000 Euro.

There is an RWD hatchback on the market, it's called the BMW 1 Series. The M140i even has a 340hp inline 6 upfront, great stuff.
