My 2003 Laguna has this problem. Drivers side works fine. Passenger side is stuck because no matter what i set the climate temp to, it doesn't change on passenger side. Blows the same air temp always.... I think its ambient air temperature. I want to be able to access this flap without pulling the whole dash out....any help or guidance would be appreciated. Also, here in Australia the passenger side is on the left.

For those who just want to switch it to cold as a temp solution - try to rotate a flap by hand. Connection to the flap is broken, but sometimes it connects just enough to rotate (you will hear it).. Cold is clockwise... Do not mount the motor back, maybe it will rotate it back by some chance. I don't like car manufacturers.

Where is this flap located

@@novicamitrovic467 you are looking for the little motor with one or two bolts. It is located at the passenger's side (left leg, about in the level with ash tray). You need to remove covers, glove compartment, motor. Once you remove the motor just use some little screw driver a try to rotate a flap that is usually rotated by it.

My Laguna blow cold on windshield driver side ( left hand drive vehicle like yours ) but on passenger side it blows warm. Is it this flap that is the problem then ?
