The 3 bolts underneath, are there nuts on the other side or not? Two of them on my Megane are just going around and around in circles and not coming out, thanks for any answer

Like this - then front right road wheel and reinforcement plate. Then 3 bolts and the 2 union pipes. (and belt)

lol, bumper fixed with universal plastic stripes. original plastic clip costs 10 pieses 5$.. on ebay.
