How do you make the R-link store not grayed out? I have tried everything.. even called the support line, but i knew more about the issue, than they knew.. Please help!? Also the connect icon under the main menu, says it can't connect do to some technical error..

@@RenaultUKOfficial I found the solution. You have to buy the TomTom pack to enable the R-LINK Store. It's confusing, couse no one told me that.. not even the support line :)

Sorry, my answer was just as confusing ☺️The TomTom pack is turning your GSM signal on, so you will be able to connect to the internet. Then everything Works. You will also get traffic warnings and so on. - you will get it through a PC, on the R-link store website. And then you transfer IT to your car with a USBkey😀

Have a Renault clio sport but I can't get my music to play on the Bluetooth icon has a speaker and a line through it does anyone know what it means.
