X-Particles v4 build 742, Redshift v3.0.22

Any idea how to add motion blur to the trails??

Yes Mark. You have to set up XP trail thickness mode to: Use Spline and in Redshift render settings activate: Enable Deformation Blur (or you can activate this option as override in Redshift object tag / MB section). Also in Redshift object tag you have to choose geometry mode (as example cylinders) and you have to activate Resample section. For more visible result you have to use boosted MB values.
