That kind of depends on what you mean - Enscape's viewer doesn't require third party apps - it's just a link they click on and it works inside your browser - they also have a stand-alone EXE that you can send out that doesn't require third party apps as well

after 2 weeks, the link of panoramic not working, or it say "Panorama not found This panorama seems to have been deleted by the owner. Please contact the creator of this panorama for a new link."
