Rene Marie - Many Years Ago

A beautiful, haunting song. According to Rene, "I wrote that when I was 30 and played it for my family all the time, reminiscing about growing up in my hometown. I really didnt play it in public until my pianist, Takana Miyamoto, heard it and said, Rene, you should record this. We were working on it during a sound check for a gig, and the whole sound crew stopped and was listening to the song. I turned around and the guys were standing there with wires in their hands like statutes. Thats when I decided maybe I should record it.
