Tell Jon that I' glad he got the help he needed and is doing better. Also let him know that he gave me the courage to go and pour that handle of vodka I had been saving down the drain. Granted I haven't touched it for 9 months or so, I was always saving it for just in case. But listening to him I got up and poured it down my drain. I myself recently went on our journey to treat my mental health and I'm feeling better than ever. But seeing Jon coming through this and being so willing to get the help he needed was inspiring. Keep it up! I always found Dean Ambrose boring, but I LOVE JON FKING MOXELY!

Moxley's first promo back when he returned was one of the most incredible promos I've ever seen. The crowd being deadly silent, hanging on his every word. And then his honesty and the bad ass delivery of every word he said. It was incredible to watch.

Everything from him starting by throwing that A-hope out of the arena to the “All I drink now is blood” line were perfect. I was so excited to see him back and he has been on such a role since then. And he is on his way to being the first ever 2x AEW champ!!

My dad is sober and the way Jon describes drinking non alcoholic beverages, that’s exactly what my dad has said. It was hard for him at first but he has been sober for 15+ years. Now and then he will take a sip of beer just to taste the hops or flavor. He has no interest in “drinking” and it’s inspiring. Rooting for you Jon!! You are helping so many people when you share your story and experience with rehab and sobriety. Love you guys and your beautiful family!

I do want to comment on this: First off, congrats to Jon for continuing to work on himself. I can see the physical tranformation. As someone who has seen someone not turn their life around after dealing with alcohol, it's refreshing to see someone I look up to tackle it, acknowledge it, and be able to handle it so masterfully. Secondly, I have 'MOX', and I can't wait to get started. I've read it partially before, but had to put it down because of school. I'm getting ready to start it again, and can't wait. Lastly, I want to say, Mox, I look up to you as a role model. I look up to you as the badass you are. From wearing your heart on your sleeve to making MF's bleed in the ring, you have constantly reminded me why I fell in love with the Mox character. You sir, are the definition of a real man. I love you guys both, and I am rooting for you!

Hey Jon, as a fellow person in recovery, whatever you do, recovery comes first - and then everything else will follow. I see a lot of people who loved rehab - even didn’t want to leave (including me), and that is just a very long round 1 of a 15 round boxing match of life. And you don’t do it alone! Number one most important lesson - never alone. People in Recovery are the best. And we can be the best in return! Hope the best for both of you.

I wanted to say that I have been through and battled addiction myself. Facing that reality is one of the hardest ones you will ever face but to be able to live your life again. To not wake up every morning wondering how you were going to make it though the day. I love having my life back again, to see the laughter I once lost the feeling to do, to have the love and support of my family. Having the respect of myself again and to make my kids so unbelievably proud that they tell me everyday. If you need help, it’s out there. Just believe and know it’s one day at a time. If you fall, then get your ass up and try again. I believe in you!

When it was revealed he went into rehab I was rooting for him as while I don't know firsthand, everything I have heard is that wrestling is a tough business and anything that you can do to be there for your family is for the best. Now he is kicking ass, taking names and raising a beautiful little girl. Keep on doing what you do best Jon. You too Renee.

1:07:05when I got to that part of the interview I couldn’t stop smirking cuz when my son was born he did the same thing. He always got so happy whenever I came home from work. He stopped when he was around 12 but when he was 17 he reenacted his childhood excitement for my birthday. That was the first time I cried in 15 years. Son if you ever see this just know that was the best gift a father good ask for. Edit: if anyone is wondering or cares, yes I told him that when he did it but I thought that it was a fun thing to share. I love you son.

Relationship Goals!! You both are some of my favorite people, including Eddie that was caring enough to check on you while Jon was in Rehab. That's a true best friend!! Love and prayers to you, Jon, and baby girl!! Congrats Jon!!!

If I could be completely open. Almost a year ago I was in the hospital dealing with some issues I was struggling with at the time. I was in there the same time Jon was in rehab. I had Jon's book in there with me and reading it made me feel a whole lot less alone and brought me to tears numerous times as well as put a smile on my face. I just want Mox to know how valuable he and his book were to me. I will forever hold the man and his words close to my heart. I hope one day he can sign it for me (page 127 Around The Fur)

I love this so much. Everything they discussed was gold but listening to Mox's account of his addiction hit hard. I've been through so much of it myself and hearing that my favourite dude in the business knows EXACTLY what comes along with that lifestyle; brutal withdrawal to the point where you literally have to plan a drinking schedule just to function normally in everyday life. I would actually buy extra liquor just so I could have leftovers for the next day or two days later when there was something I had to do. Appointments, family functions, even just to hold a friggin pen and be able to write legibly required at least half a mickey to keep the tremors in check. Even had a physician warn me about the potential seizures if I quit cold turkey with the level I was at. There is real comfort knowing i have such a deep common bond with somebody I admire so much. And, that baby voice was bloody priceless! Nothing but love and all the best to Jon and Renee. Thank you both 💝

Im currently trying to get sober. Ive been saying that for years if im honest and still get fucked up every day. Its inspirational listening to someone turn themselves around and i am happy for Jon and hope he keeps it up. I only hope that one day, i will be in a similar boat. Great interview as per.

My parents got sober from alcohol about 15 years ago, they used to drink the knock off beers when they first started quitting drinking too! I think it’s fairly common and my parents haven’t relapsed at any point during their recovery! Im pretty sure O’Douls were the only thing around! Super proud of you for doing what you did, it genuinely changed my life for the better and your daughter will benefit from it significantly!
