I drink a lot of beer a lot. I don’t care what time. I don’t care what’s happening. I respect the institutions that I need to respect, and I won’t drink during those times. I drink like a fish. But my brain would be like “Bro take a fucking break!” I’d take a week off. The brain fires the command, but I have to maintain it. All of the stresses of life, your problems. You’re awake at night worrying about a problem you can’t solve at 2:30 in the morning. But you can’t sleep. You think a beer or a shot of bourbon or whiskey will help you doze. And you’d stay awake. But you stay awake without it. You think I can’t sleep. With addiction, you can recognize that you have a problem. But your body doesn’t give a fuck. I do take breaks. Last as long as two weeks usually. But when I get back, sometimes it feels like “Ah! Welcome back! You gotta make up for the beer you missed!” I think my addiction is mental because I’ve never experienced physical need. Never had physical issues. Just an extremely strong thought that says “Hey. Good job getting your keys in the door right. Go get a beer.” And you could be like no. Absolutely not. As you’re protesting, your body crushed two pints. It’s embarrassing protesting something you’re engaging in at the same time. I hope I can find the strength to stop like you did.

A few more reasons added to an uncountable number of reasons to love mox. I consider sting as my only goat and mox is already a legend and by the time he retires he might be my other goat. Just because of him i continued watching pro wrestling cuz' i almost left watching wrestling when he left wwe and then he went to aew, njpw and simply everywhere. He introduced me to njpw, aew and a bunch of more indy promotions. I watched his old crazy hardcore indy stuff and i am glad that he is still going strong. Had he retired after the rehab i would have left watching pro wrestling. I love this guy for introducing me to another universe of pro wrestling which i really enjoy. I only wish him good health and a good life, he already has an amazing wife and a little baby girl. He has already won in his life. I wish him the best that could happen to him.

I hope there are people that watch this that feel like they can’t do it. That it’s so much more of a show of strength than weakness to ask for and seek help. Having an understanding and supportive partner certainly helps a ton

Your experience could have saved a life that night straight thru today talking with your wife. Family is so important thru this, and they are the 1st we typically push away or leave them in denial.
