Much of what I'm reading in regard to Sasha and Naomi, as far as I can see, is that no one is considering the possibility of Sasha taking time off to go reprise her role on the Mandalorian, as well as the fact that Naomi has acting experience and had a role in 'The Marine 5' (granted, it was produced by WWE), so 'maybe' she might make her acting debut on the Mandalorian. If this is legit, and they are gone from the WWE, another possibility is that they go to another wrestling promotion. All we can do is wait and see what happens next.

The situation is they were given the women's tag team titles and were told they were going to be given a proper storyline and recognized as tag team champions as always Creatives LIED and had no plans to promote the tag teams titles but bury the tag team titles and break up the champs to do solo runs all over again. Which defeated the point of them being given the titles in the first place when the fact of the matter is they refused to be disrespected as women because if men had tag titles they wouldn't have been treated like that. WALK OUT OVER DUE if you ask me if men who are uneducated like your co host about Gail Kim and why she dipped during a match and how unfair women were treated in the wwe for years! I.e. Melina lita etc were legends I'm the ring very early on in their careers gave better promos and in ring fluidity then men and yet the were belittled to 2 minute matches and never main evented. The misogyny had to stop. That's what the issue is so let's start rallying behind that. Put some respect on the women's tag team belts. It had been months of zero storyline after winning the belts and to find out there are no plans for them at all was a disgrace.

This is pretty typical Vince/WWE. I think it's been said that the tag team titles were used just to prop up Sasha/Naomi for whomever Vince had planned next to put over. But both Sasha and Naomi probably wanted to actually make something out of the titles because they more than likely felt that they could turn them into something meaningful. However, it's been said that Vince doesn't care for tag team wrestling in general because "he has to pay two performers." And this is a case where you had two people that had the power to walk out. I think Vince has been burnt before on tag teams because he can't isolate the individual to negotiate and having that second person in the room with Vince means you have two vs one. But the thing is at this point Vince is a stubborn and proud old man who has a very clear vision in his mind about what he wants. And at this stage of his life with as much money and power in this industry he has, he probably feels he can get away with what he desires. In this case, the typical WWE/Vince part was him trying to protect the WWE's image, even though it's blatant that there's another story behind all of this. A lot of people point to the Montreal Screwjob with Bret Hart but that's probably the most infamous situation. However, Vince has a history of doing this and the minute he sours on a performer, that's it. The WWE is basically a mega marketing machine so the negative press releases were done for part damage control on their part and to sour their hardcore fans who still believe in them on Naomi and Sasha for whatever they choose next. However, like Bret Hart's situation, Sasha and Naomi have a lot of sympathy. Very few people these days are corporate sympathizers so this scenario makes the WWE look really bad. It's just another reminder of how poorly the WWE can treat people who are "independent contractors." I doubt that the US system will ever in our lifetime finally take a deep glance into the WWE's inner workings but somethings gotta give one day. No matter what, Sasha will certainly do well because she still has the Mandalorian and Hollywood to fall back upon if she decides to get out of wrestling. Not sure about where Naomi will do. I think Tony Khan could easily open up his checkbook, ask them to name their price and create a tag team division centered around them just to demonstrate that women's tag team wrestling can be a thing and they'll get a monster pop the minute they step in the door of AEW. The real question in all of this is exactly who "the producer" for the situation that "screamed" at them is. Whoever that is should be canned. I'm sure that person was under a lot of pressure too but however this person handled the situation was clearly wrong.

Idk man...I'm not a lawyer. But I do watch a lot of legal YT. And recently a lawyer reviewed some reality TV contracts that were wild with NDAs lasting for decades. Penalties up to $1m etc. And the lawyer said if someone were to ever challenge those contracts a judge could rule them unenforceable bc its undue burden on non-employees. Idk about WWE's contracts but at the end of the day they are independent contractors. You do the job or you don't. But suspending them indefinitely and having them sit at home twiddling their thumbs when their contracts are rumored to be expiring soon probably not good. And its not good for business. Have them sit at home until this tournament is announced (with God knows what teams) and then bring them back and do a program with the winners or have them win the tournament idk. But Vince has always done what's best for business so clearly he's either still too much in his feelings or he's listening to too many old heads. Strike while the iron is hot. No one will be talking about the women's tag team titles as much as they are now ever again. Make a big move to capitalize on all this free publicity or retire the belts.

Sasha has a lot to complain about being a top star and only winning at wrestle mania as a tag team champion is so wrong on so many levels when she is a single wrestling star as far as Naomi goes I feel like they put her with Sasha because her glow was going out her move set sucks her gimmick sucks she need to join the blood line and get better move sets then I can see her in the title picture again she can't put it on creative as far as her skills and entrance because she brought that to the table it was good in the beginning when she came back from injury and won the belt but it's gotten old

I agree with you guys Naomi needs to be totally revamped I mean the glow thing I never liked it from the very beginning I thought it was lame and that but to the face move I mean really come on she's a great athlete when she first came on to WWE she was doing some good stuff now her character is just lame and she needs to do something recreate her whole character I don't know what to think of this if this is a work you know or if it really legit I don't know but I guess we'll just have to wait and see.
