If you killed a gladiator like you described nate they would arrest you then figure out what your gun was. Gladiators were basically MMA fightes back in the day that were also owned so killing a gladiator was a nono unless is was a special match

Ok here's the thing, probably the best thing to bring back in time, would be blueprints or skimatics for an original Musket, like the ones that were used in the revolutionary war. Since gunpowder can come from the Potash that you get for burning wood, and how basic the parts are for an ancient musket, it would be the best thing, you would have favor in the eyes of the king, gain world fame, but not world hatred like you would bringing an incredibly powerful gun, and you would be remembered for the rest of time, as the father of modern armaments

I dont think bringing M1 Abrams or any other tanks is a good idea as it will run out of gas after 2 days worth of travel and you wont be able to refuel it as noone know what's oil is at that time, you can bring some gun and it will last longer if you conserve those ammo but not so much about military vehicle as those are a very thirsty machine

believe it or not, they did actually have flamethrowers back then. it was basically just a barrel full of oil and a bellows to add pressure. I think the best tactic would be to find out who the smartest person at the time was and go find them. either some inventor, or natural philosopher or someone. they would likely be best to understand what you were talking about as far as describing modern tech. but maybe they could help you make something that could be made then, and be sold.

So about time travel thing, there is 3 outcome. First you will become a wizard and spawn a cult at most like you said if the right amount and type of people witness you. Second, people will ran from you if you kill many people (in battle soldier won't flee just because some people die) and you will become a somekind of legendary creature in folklore. Third, they will charge you and overwhelmed you with number and burn you at stake for being a witch. Btw the flame thrower theory of nick isn't really convincing because flame thrower weapon is already around since greek but primarily use in ship battle

Oh look, another person who doesn't do their research! Firstly, Tesla get their Cobalt and Lithium from Genfang and Glencore. Who follow all the health and safety standards and do not use Child Labor. Try something else. Also, Elon became estranged from his father in his teenage years, calling him a "a terrible human being... Almost every evil thing you could possibly think of, he has done." He left South Africa when he was 18, he relocated to Canada and had no money. He moved in with his second cousin in Saskatchewan. He stayed there for a year, working odd jobs at a farm and lumber-mill. He saved money and then he then got into Queen's University in Toronto in 1990. He transferred to the University of Pittsburgh in 1992 and from there helped to for PayPal. He got bought out for $100 Million and from there he invested into SpaceX and Tesla. He wanted nothing to do with his father's money and got nothing from him. He is self made with his endeavors, get over yourself.

Accusations require evidence, not opinion based hit pieces made by The Wall Street Journal and The BBC. Am I saying Elon is a perfect person, no. He is fallible like anyone else. But, if you're going to come at him with nothing but conjecture, then I'm sorry, that's not gonna stick. I could very well make the same argument about you causing suffering through your use of a cell phone that uses lithium and cobalt in their batteries. I find it funny that me buying a phone is comparable to Elon musk running a multi billion dollar company to this channel, I don't buy cobalt directly from the DRC as Elon musk and his company does.

@@RenegadesReact I dislike him as a business man and a person believe it or not, the most positive thing I can say about him is that he's nowhere near as corrupt as executives at Apple. The fact is that I don't trust media in general, but if there is undeniable evidence that cobalt mines in the DRC have child labourers in them then it could be fox fucking news reporting on it and I'd be inclined to think that Tesla uses a large amount of said cobalt in their manufacturing. I'm not a millionaire or a journalist with the capacity to fly into the DRC (a terrible idea to begin with) and blow the case wide open, I make the assumption that Tesla using millions of tonnes of cobalt will inevitably end up using cobalt mined by child labourers just as you assume they are 100% clean of any wrong doing. If he were to condemn the usage of cobalt from the DRC I could forgive you for "loving" him, but all I've found from him that's promising is that he wants to cut cobalt from his batteries in the future (not an ethical thing of course, he just wants to make it cheaper to produce his card in the future. Beggars can't be choosers though eh)
