What is sad is that the Great Recession ultimately destroyed the restaurant, however, Mama Cherri is still going strong in Brighton and has an Instagram, and does pop up restaurants from time to time

I don't imagine the expansion of the resturant helped either when the recession came, probably could have stayed open if she kept the small shack and a smaller tighter team. But she did what a lot of people do when they start earning big, she rapidly expanded and wasn't prepared for the inevitable squeeze

I definitely enjoy this episode right here. What a wonderful lady and she had Gordon Ramsey cleaning his plate. That says a lot about your cooking if you have Gordon Ramsey cleaning his plate. She is a true legend in this episode.

Some weird beef thing we make, its medium sized beef cube, Adobe seasoning, some black pepper a palm of salt with chopped pepper cooked in beef broth with 3 drops of soy sauce in it, it came out very good

US I want her to watch the episode with The Pizza Twins (Capri) and also the Louisiana episode with that greedy couple (Zekes) who took over the restaurant after the beloved owner died. UK I want her to watch Morgans and Piccolo Teatro. That episode might be the craziest. You really need to watch Piccolo Teatro. It's in France too! Also, the Chef Q from Sebastian's makes a return in the "Casa Roma" episode, another good one.
