Great video. I saw a Jay Gilligan talk many many years ago. I didn't quite get it at the time, but I knew I would come back to learn more.

Variety is the spice of life! It's great that RDL wanted to juggle for juggling's sake. For alternative props I enjoy old cellphones and flip phones.

Great video, thank you so much for taking the time to put this together. As someone who's a lifelong hobbyist that has primarily focused on balls and clubs, this inspired me to think about what sort of tricks are possible with ordinary objects around the house or backyard.

This was such a joy to watch! I didn't plan to watch it fully right now initially, but ended up just being too intrigued by everything that you showed and talked about. The writing for this video essay I thought was awesome, and how the sentences were structured just felt so pleasing and natural (and professional). The talking pace was also perfect, not too fast and not too slow, being able to take it all in without it getting boring. I also only knew about Jay Gilligan and not really about the RenegadesignLab, so all the info that was portrayed here was really interesting, and I also really liked how it was structured. I only have positive stuff say, so I'm excited for more videos like this!

I would love to see someone juggle with an expandable object, similar to the toys we had as kids that are small and expand to be bigger. Or seeing someone juggle with slinky. Objects that move may be hard but I think it would be cool.

Specifically had those in mind actually! Those are ideal for that style and they still juggle well

@@ZakMcallister Thanks! I made them for an act that it turned out hurt my back too much to practice, so they didn't see much use haha
