Did you also know that people who can’t pay the full years tax in one go have to pay an extra 10% to pay 6months at a time. There’s a reason they can only afford 6 months at a time but the DVLA see that as an easy way to rip off less fortunate motorists. Even better, when you sell the vehicle and claim back unused tax, the scammers don’t refund the 10% surcharge. Absolute disgrace, just another scam by the uk gov.
