Training a new female harvest pro I see! Great job keeping up the tradition of women running farm machinery. My mother started combining in 1943 af the age of 15 when you had to have 1 person run the tractor and 1 person on the pull type combine. Many of the men were gone fighting WWII. She continued running all types of farm equipment right up until my parents retired in 1979.

She will do fine. Building that character and confidence in herself. Needs a hat and sun glasses. Bottle of water. No Mountain Dew titty bottles to suck on. 1973 my cousin Rosan died at 13 years old :: brain hemorrhage. She was one out of 4 girls that wanted to farm. On the job training. Rosan could back a wagon and put it in place. This is your Future Farmers Of America. Do not cut her out. Find her some ground and let her farm. The smile on her face shows she has the heart ❤️ to do it. Be patient and think. You are in Gods country. You plant the seed and God will grow it. You are a team. Thanks. God Bless.

@@nicolem.r.5634, my father and I used to help a neighbour harvest oats every year in the late 1960's and early 1970's. The neighbour had a JD 105 combine and we had an IHC 403. Both were gas engines. Brings back good memories.

I put a lot of hours in a 105 diesel pushing a 643. In corn we would pull the bottom screen , remove tailings return belt and cover the tailings auger. The 404 was juiced to the max but horsepower and water temperature were the limiting factors.
