Thanks so much! It is overwhelming how fast everything is changing, but I think we have to embrace the positives wherever we can. Water is definitely a precious resource, especially when we live in the desert. 🙏

What about car registration I understand its 1% of MSRP which is high.

Similar to what California has. This registration fee decays as vehicle ages.

Again, sadly true. Also, in my opinion dealing with the DMV in Reno is a horrendous experience, even with the new building. Go to the Carson City DMV or use online whenever possible.

Yes! I love the Carson DMV. Compared to Reno, it is so much easier and faster to navigate. @@thomaswilliams2350
