blanka seems like crap in the hands of a novice but if you can utilize his FAST speed and his insanely good normals and good anti airs he is a force to be reckoned with.

a lot of times shoto players will bait out 2 light shoryken attacks in a row if the first one doesn't connect to try and punish the punish. Invisibility on startup allows it to beat most of blankas ground normal's.
