Always fuse as close to the power source as possible!!!!!! Always fuse all power from the battery WITHOUT fail.

You were right to fit a shunt based monitor imho! I have recently bought one of these 200Ah versions The built in Bluetooth monitor or rather the BMS it is connected to seems to be very inaccurate providing a state of charge. According to it the battery gets up to 99.1% and then the % stops increasing and it takes hours to complete the last fraction whilst still completing what’s probably in reality the last 10% of actual charging. This could be because the firmware only goes to 200Ah but the battery capacity is a bit higher, not sure but it’s inaccuracy is very annoying! I charge it via Rover40 using the built in Li profile. The DC home app is extremely temperamental in connecting but when it does it’s quite interesting. I suspect the V0100 firmware in my battery is a bit flaky, it’s obviously better than nothing but I can’t rely on it. Right now I refer to my Aili external monitor to get an accurate Soc. I really hope the low temp disconnect is more accurate!

What is the reason for the 2 battery chargers? I just purchased a lithium battery to replace the two 6v flooded batteries on my small travel trailer and I'm trying to make sure I have everything set up right before I hook it up to the current system that came from the factory. I had expected that I could simply replace the old lead acid batteries with a new lithium battery but it seems to be a lot more complicated.

I have one charger that charges from 120v shore power. Lithium batteries have a different charge profile than lead acid and our previous charger wasnt fully compatible. The other one is so that I can efficiently charge the batteries from my truck this is not a requirement, rather something I find useful to get to camp fully charged in case we don't have shore power.

My two cents on your fuse questions. You should definitely fuse the power outputs on the battery charger. I know you have fuses on the charger itself, but they protect the device, they don't protect your wires. The fuses on the output wires would protect the wires....

Appreciate this video. I am surprised the Bluetooth feature doesn't alarm on the phone and only alarms on the panel. That would have been a nice feature, especially if out of the rv for a couple days with items in a frig. Have you done a test run with frig on and using your new air fryer/toaster/miracle cooker?

I ran the batteries down to 29 AH and didn't get an alarm in the app. I will have to do some further testing around things like cooking a pizza in the air fryer oven. I'll definitely have more videos on my experience :)
