But these are instructional videos boasting tradition. Showing How-to for different details in a renovation project for different areas or situations. How to deal with problems you might encounter. I would like to know which part of China as they differ a lot. But what you can see is how houses traditionally are placed in a hilly terrain, never on the flat land used for farming, but overlooking it with a steep backdrop. Also ideals of what a homestead should look like, walled flat area with an impressive roofed gate, etc. I think a lot about the risk of landslides …
