Glad to see that you did not ruin the cabinets that came out. I hope they were donated to Habitat or someone such.

Re; the plantings. Those plants are a mix of annuals and perennials. And TENDER perennials at that. So a large portion of them will not survive for very long, and could be dead in a week, depending on sunshine/shade and water. Don't throw away money on plants unless you know what you are buying and where it will go - make sure it's suited for the climate and location.

Weird staging, tho. Hardly any sitting in the living room and the second room should have had some type of small dining table.

At least they didn’t completely remove the tub and make it into a shower only space. I’ve seen this done in many so-called renovations. I would never buy a house without a bathtub but each to their own. This house might look pretty on video but can you imagine living in a house without curtains or blinds. Fishbowls come to mind…

The existing kitchen cabinetry could have been repainted and handles added but having decided to go down the route of replacement, what was the thinking that led to @7:59?

Whenever I see open shelving in a kitchen I just think how much extra washing the items on those shelves will require. No matter how good a stove vent is, there will be airborne grease from cooking. The shelving is a trend that looks good but makes little sense from a functional standpoint.

I love everything except the trendy whitewashed floors. I can never get behind those in such old houses. But the point was to get it to sell, so trendy floors are where it's at.

What's funny is I lived in the house for 8 years. And he totally knew there were hardwood floors. Also there is a basement that's literally crumbling. And it's sad about that tub I miss it so much. 😢

There should be at least one wall of cupboards instead of two walls with open shelves. Where are the new owners supposed to store their dishes, glassware, pots, pans, etc...

I don't understand open shelving, its very high maintenance, and unless you have beautiful, unique crockery/ dinner ware, you just end up putting all your mismatched, random stuff up there and it ultimately looks untidy!!

The only way the painting could cost $1,000 is for the owners to do the painting themselves. Paint alone would cost about $200-$400.

SO over open concept, gray, white, and ugly tile. They found hardwood floors, and ruined them! There was a stovepipe hole-why not a fireplace? And why not continue the porch railing in front of the chairs to add charm and some privacy?
