This is a phenomenal video! I could tell by the way you filmed it in different parts of the house, spoke clearly and concisely, and edited it smoothly that you're a well organised and competent person. Then when you showed the powerpoint docs you prepared for the builders, I was validated; my assumption was right! I can't wait to see more of your videos. Really nice job! One thing I'd be very interested in is money: budgeting, costs, maybe some examples of alternatives. Like, how much could you have saved if you went for a cheaper kitchen? How much was the glazing, and how much would bifolding doors have cost?

Hi there. thanks so much for taking the time and providing me with so much valuable feedback. Really appreciated. Budgeting is definitely on my future video idea list. I will cover all of those as much as I can. As a headsup, if you want to save for kitchen, which is very doable, save on appliances and the materials. for example, use laminate worktop instead of quartz, this can easily save you 1-2k for a kitchen of my size. hi thanks for liking my video and thanks for your question. our renovation was done during the pandemic and the renovation contract was agreed before that. therefore the cost was outdated for reference. however, if you want to find a rough cost if u were to it today, you could consult local builders or your neighbour that would be more of a relevant source of information! thank you.

very good question. we didn't remove them but we plastered the entire exterior wall to make it super flat and painted to the colour you see on the thumbnail!
