The mirror is a no for me. I used to lease Apts that were built in the 1980s and some of the un-renovated units still had the mirrors in the dining area. One tenant decided to turn it into a dance studio, pole and all.

I thankfully found a great contractor…in a local Facebook Group! I’ll give his details in the next video. My agent, roofer, other contractors…by talking to other investors, etc.
