We bought half each and she bought me out a couple of years later when I was promoted to a job that came with a 2 bed house! 😊

It’s a lovely space, I was thinking the same thing about the artwork and television all hung to high. I learned the hard way that art is supposed to be hung more eye level so that it can be enjoyed. The love above the dining table is gorgeous but is too high. The rule for the television is, it should be at eye level when sitting on the sofa. ❤️

It's not possible to be a successful real estate agent part time ($150K+ yearly income). Her goal was to change careers which is why she closed her shops. Also, the narrative that people aren't buying in NYC is just simply untrue. Many agents had their best year to date in 2020. Home sales in the outer boroughs and suburbs increased when the interested rates dropped.

Real estate gave me the financial freedom to change my life and I don’t regret it one bit. My first purchase was a huge sacrifice at such a young misguided age. I saved and made tough choices to make that happen with my resources at that time. It was so nice to benefit from it years later by having the “freedom” to change my life. Running a business is 70 hours a week and real estate is absolutely running a business, just more pressure because you’re dealing with assets. 3 companies? That’s not what I wanted for my life but I could see how you say that. Small business is truly the foundation of our neighborhoods and local economy, I provided 22 jobs for a decade. I hope I inspired someone to do the same and more. 💺
