A new build not renovation a little niggle sorry but what you have achieved is phenomenal. I am English and I am a huge advocate for girls to learn basic construction, plumbing and electrician works. I was lucky and taught by my grandfathers and father and my brothers. My mom and grandmothers taught me cook bake, crochet knit. I went on a course to learn how to sew with a machine. I am a jack of all trades but master of none. If you even know the basics it will save you been robbed by those who are not giving you what you paid for. This is outstanding and I want one. I could quite happily spend my days living there. I love the way Chinese houses are built with their entire home surrounding the court yard. I have a huge family so when we have parties or barbecues its rather hectic. Congratulations on your new home
