Wow!.....This is the third new 2 Bedroom home in Phoenix Park Village I have seen advertising for Rent in the last 2 weeks. $100,000......$80,000 and now a $85,000 rental....interesting🤔. I wish them all the best...

Hi C. M.! Great to see your comments again! This one is actually already Under Contract! New tenants moving in soon! Remember, this development is going to have about a 1,000 Houses when it is completed, so, you are going to continually see houses in here for rent for a multitude of prices based on the improvements they have done to them. A lot of persons bought them for investment properties. If you know anyone, who has one and want to rent it out; tell them to contact me!

Hi Kemar, unfortunately I do not have any information on that New Development. You would have to contact Gore Development directly. I only can assist persons after they have bought them from Gore to either sell them back or rent them out; if they bought them for investment purposes.

Hi Paula, this house is 810 sq ft and the lot size is 4000 sq ft...... the houses with the smaller kitchen is 675 sq ft and 3500 sq ft lot size

Hello Michelle, this house has already been rented. However, the prices for renting these houses varies. You can get one to rent for as low as $80,000 to $110,000. It all depends on what the owners have done to them - examples: putting in fencing, landscaping, driveways, grills on the windows, air conditioning units and the list goes on and on. The owners/landlords normally make their own price and every owner is different. I hope, this answers your question.
