I too am from Raj living in Delhi for past 8 years. To give you you an example Nirbhaya case had culprits working Delhi who were residents of Raj, UP and other states. I am not saying that Delhi people do not commit crime but comparatively lesser.

I rented a RK in Bangalore. I had to leave within a few days after finding out it was infested with insects. Lost a lot of money because of deposit rules, and one month rent deduction. Then I had to return to my older PG. PG is the best in any city. Flat renting sucks your life and money.
