I thought Milei stopped subsidizing hydro, natural gas and water but I guess not when 10.00 covers electricity for a month. Will you help out travellers pay in pesos for an apartment like a local? 500 pesos is a steal from a Canadian but maybe it’s not fair for me to pay that way , I don’t know. How about Hotels and an AirBAnB in pesos?

Electricity is still subsidized but it's fairly the common price compared to similar nations. Gasoline has slowly been rising along with the inflation. Renting an apartment in Buenos Aires is not hurting anyone. Like any popular city in the world landlords prefer shorter rentals because they get more money. There is no shortage in rentals since there is constant construction of new buildings. Locals prefer long term contracts because they are usually half the price of a temporary rental ​@rudfil

Just returned to California after staying in the plaza Serrano area.. enjoyed it but it’s smoking policy is a no go / I did find a sports bar that allowed me indoors 👍

@@mlbonfox8199 oh nice I've pretty much visited all the bars there. You can smoke in most clubs but not most bars. Unless outdoors or on the rooftop. Pretty much the same in Miami.

@cryptomojito not really, although they are common worldwide. I've stayed in over 10 different places in BA over the years. I have never seen a bedbug.

Imo Argentina will be so different in a few years/ I think they’re gonna soon endure hyper immigration from central and south America What do u think???

@@mlbonfox8199 I do think that Argentina may be a little different but nothing drastic. Huge economic growth takes 20-50 years to accomplish. Argentina may be a super power again since it's full of resources and land. I doubt people from central America will migrate to Argentina. And if they did it wouldn't be a problem. The economy in Argentina is probably as bad or worse than their own. Plus central Americans have no winter and it's chilly to super cold on Argentina for 6 months a year. Just my thoughts.
