Let me tell you their reality guys - They bought this under construction house to flip or do an assignment sale. However the situation has changed in Canada. Prices have come down by 20% and mortgage has gone up to 6%. Now they had to take occupancy of this house because prices have dropped. Since this house is in a remote location, it can’t be rented. So they have to make this their primary house and rent their original one is Milton (as that can be rented easily) Same thing happened with Peekapoo and several other people in Canada. Plus job market is weak . Now these guys have to become real estate agents to augment their income.. also youtube ads are paying less these days. Recession incoming in second half of 2024.
