I installed an Argus 3 Pro and it always had trouble receiving the WiFi signal in the spot I installed it although none of my other devices had issues in the same area and beyond. Had to add a WiFi extender very close and connect the camera to that to get consistent connection. Solar panel struggles to keep battery charged 100% unless weather is all day sun and warm temps and that's with the camera having no motion events throughout each day, IR lights off, status light off, and spotlight set to detection only activation.

Connected to 2.4Ghz or 5Ghz WiFi. If it's 5Ghz, change it to 2.4Ghz for a test. If does not work the Support team are happy to help

@@ReolinkCameras Either or, and it would still intermittently fail to connect when trying to access camera. And this is in a less than 1,500 sq. ft. single story ranch with the router in the middle. Cognizant that 2.4Ghz has further range of signal but it's connected now to 5Ghz using the WiFi extender since the extender is 10ft away on the opposite side of the wall. Camera now has no connectivity issues just very slow to charge using solar panel regardless of position or place.

I’m a professional installer and I have installed this cameras they’re really good quality and they do the job of recording in a good quality resolution but they just keep having network drops or app disconnects from the cameras it’s not one or two customers is a frequent thing. Also the delay on the movement detection they have to be really close to catch movement like 25 feet or less sometimes they just don’t detect from far
