Seedubya Tech ~~~~Update : my camera arrived today and I was so excited. I did everything the booklet and the camera told me to do but it wouldn’t setup up ! Instead of emailing tech-support I looked online and found a phone number for the company. Instead of asking me exactly what the problem was had me go to my desktop computer & took control of it....ran a few diagnostics, problem and said the issue was with my home Wi-Fi, and said it wasn’t secured. He put me on hold..came back and said it would cost me $49 for a one week data protection plan, and up to $300 for three year year plan. Returning it back to Amazon.

I bought one of these cameras and sent it back for a refund, as despite it being only 12 feet away from my Netgear ORBI RBK50 mesh Wi-Fi router (which has a 4,000 square feet range) it kept on dropping out and would intermittently stream or fail to connect altogether whenever I tried to access it via the app or my PC. Incidentally, I have 2 other Ring cameras in my garden, sited further away than where I mounted this device, and they work perfectly. So, my advice would be to avoid this camera altogether, unless you plan on sticking it to the side of your wireless router where you may have some chance of it actually working properly. totally useless!

These are junk cameras. I bought 2 and would love to resell them and get something better but these were so expensive already. Impossible to setup right. I had it working i thought but it can never access any video it supposedly records. I fear this is another way china will get access to all our sensitive material. Anyone want to buy 2 argus pt cameras with solar panels?

Thanks for sharing the vid, so it does not record if it picks up movement, that has to be done manually from your app once you get the notification, is that correct?
