In two years we vote again on Congress, which can change a lot. If you read Chief Justice Robert's 2024 report, he expresses his concern that we could end up with an uncontrolled president who respects no rules or laws set by the judiciary. So SCOTUS may be more moderate.

@ That is what they did in Colorado during Trumps first term. They kept showing up at Mike Coffman’s office and he was caught on video running out the back door with a police escort to avoid his constituents. Someone leaked it to the local TV station and they aired it. He was finally voted out of office in 2018 after about 15 years. Jason Crow ran against him and he is still popular.
